Upgrades
You can upgrade anytime from one subscription level to a higher level and simply pay the difference in retail price between the two versions. Upgrade costs are not prorated, and upgrades do not extend your current subscription period.
Contact Support to upgrade your subscription. Note that automatic payments must be enabled on your subscription for us to process an upgrade. (See: Re-Enabling Automatic Payment if your autopay has been disabled.)
Downgrades
You can downgrade anytime from one subscription level to a lower level, but no refund applies.
The only exception is if you purchased the wrong subscription level, and within 30 days request a downgrade AND your File Key has not been used.
