Disabling Automatic Payment

Login to your Account Management portal. (See: Managing your Subscription)

Your Active Subscriptions are shown under the Subscriptions tab. 

Click the Disable button to turn off auto renewal. (Note: this does not cancel your subscription.)

You will then need to manually pay for your renewal prior to your subscription expiration date. You will get a reminder email 5 days before your expiration date, as well as the day before. 

Click Pay Now to manually input your payment information to renew your subscription when the time comes.

If you fail to pay by your expiration date, then your subscription will be deactivated.
