Managing your Subscription

Go to tradelog.com in your web browser and click MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner.

Enter your email or username and password, and click LOGIN. If you do not remember your password, you can click the link to reset it. If you do not remember your email or username, please contact Support.

Once you click LOGIN, you will be taken to your My Account page. 

From your My Account page, click the Manage Subscription button. (If you don't see a Manage Subscription button, please reach out to Support to get this turned on.)

This will open the Account Management portal, where you can manage your subscription.
