Display Notes

The Notes option will open a new Notes column on the grid in which brief notes (up to 200 alphanumeric characters) may be entered for any trade record. This may be helpful to the user who wants to:

Keep track of trades that could generate a future wash sale
Identify specific trade records that have been manually adjusted (for stocks splits, for example)
Identify the personal trading strategy / system applied to specific trades and track performance

Users can assign the same notes to multiple records. (See: Assigning Notes)

To activate the Notes column option, from the User menu, check the box for Notes. The new Notes column will open on the grid display.
