You may receive the following error after attempting TD Ameritrade import using BrokerConnect:
To fix this, make sure your login credentials, including User Name, Password, and Account number, are entered 100% accurately. If you recently changed any part of the login, please make sure you enter the up-to-date login info in the TradeLog brokerConnect window.
Please also test the web login by clicking on "Login Via Web".
If you continue to have problems, then open Internet Explorer and use the following instructions to log in to your TD Ameritrade trading account web site (NOT your active trader platform!) and download:
