- Make sure you have first linked your account with Plaid. Follow our instructions here: Linking Your Account with Plaid
- Select the Account tab at the top, and click the Broker Connect button.
- Select a date range, or click one of the radio buttons as seen below. There will be different selections per broker. Note, TradeLog will automatically select the From and To date based on your range selection, you can change the From and To date manually as well.
Note: For some brokers there will be a 90 day limit per import. If necessary, repeat steps 1 through 3 until all data has been imported.
- Click OK to initiate the import. Your trades will be automatically imported and matched.

Have there been any updates on this issue? I try to import and it just stays on the fidelity landing page with the "PLEASE WAIT" message in yellow underneath. After a long while, I just hit escape because it does nothing. I've tried multiple times with 90days and 1-month and I am still unable to import using this method.

I see the same issue. I wonder if this is related to the fact that I have 2FA enabled on my account. It pops up a dialog asking for my code which I enter but I wonder if this is throwing it off.
I don't think is 2FA related since the software successfully loads and authenticates me. Its probably a backend script/api issue, not sure if Tradelog is already working on a fix or not.
