Before sending us your report, you should verify that you are:
- Using the latest version of TradeLog - see: Updating your TradeLog software.
- Using MS Edge as your default browser when copying your trade history information (if applicable) from your online broker's web page.
To send us your online broker's trade history report:
Open your data file and from the Help menu, click Get Support.
Enter your name and email address in the required fields.
Check the box that says "Import Folder" to include the data files import history.
Provide some details about your import problem.
Click the Send button
