Before sending us your report, you should verify that you are:

Using MS Internet Explorer as your default browser when copying your trade history information (if applicable) from your online broker's web page.
Note: if your broker only supports a web import, you need to strictly use the latest update of MS Internet Explorer. Once your browser is updated, re-try your import. If the import is still unsuccessful, please read on.
To send us your online broker's trade history report:

Open your data file and click Help, Send Files To Support.

Enter your name and email address in the required fields.

Check the box that says "Import Folder" to include the data files import history.

Provide some details about your import problem.

Click the Send button
