A user will be prompted to enter their registration code when downloading and installing a software update, and when purchasing a renewal of updates and support. This error message will appear if an incorrect registration code has been entered.
To resolve this error, please confirm that:
You are entering the correct registration code supplied on the original date of purchase. To locate your registration code from within the TradeLog program, click Help, About.
You are entering the code in the proper format (for example, "1234-5678-9123-4567-8912"). Registration codes entered without dashes are invalid.
To obtain your registration code, please submit an Online Support Request or call the Support Team at 1-800-372-6078 Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
