A user will be prompted to enter their registration code when downloading and installing a software update, and when purchasing a renewal of updates and support. This error message will appear if an incorrect registration code has been entered.
To resolve this error, please confirm that:
- You are entering the correct registration code supplied on the original date of purchase. To locate your registration code from within the TradeLog program, click Help, About.
- You are entering the code in the proper format (for example, "1234-5678-9123-4567-8912"). Registration codes entered without dashes are invalid.
To obtain your registration code, please submit an Online Support Request or call the Support Team at 1-800-372-6078 Monday thru Thursday, 9AM to 5PM EST, or Friday 9AM to 1PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
