A user will be prompted to enter their registration code when downloading and installing a software update, and when purchasing a renewal of updates and support. An error message will appear if the user's subscription for updates and support has expired.
To resolve this error, please confirm that:
- You are entering the correct registration code supplied on the original date of purchase. To locate your registration code from within the TradeLog program, click Help, About.
- Your subscription for updates and support has not expired. Users are entitled to one year of free updates and support from the original date of purchase - please see our Software Updates and Support Policy for details.
To obtain your registration code or verify your subscription status, please submit an Online Support Request or call the Support Team at 1-800-372-6078 Monday thru Thursday, 9AM to 5PM EST, or Friday 9AM to 1PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
